ZORTRAX INVENTURE MATERIALS 

Z-ULTRAT Plus is a durable ABS-based material compatible with Z-SUPPORT Plus, a high-temperature PVA support filament. Perfect for 3D printing high-quality end-use parts and complex mechanisms. Compared to standard ABS, Z-ULTRAT Plus 3D printing material has better layer adhesion and higher impact resistance.

Z-SEMIFLEX, a semi-elastic 3D printing material, is resistant to greases and high temperatures. Objects 3D printed with this rubber-like material can be squeezed and teared with no risk of damaging them. Z-SEMIFLEX is perfect filament for tools and prototypes used in adverse industrial environments or for 3D printing medical training models.

Z-PETG is an industrial-grade 3D printing material made of popular PET thermoplasticics enhanced with addition of Glycol to eliminate brittleness. The filament can withstand UV light and time. Z-PETG is also resistant to oils and greasy substances.

Z-PLA plastic material offers exceptional precision for 3D printing complex models. This biodegradable 3D printing filament is made of environment-friendly components. With almost no shrinkage, Z-PLA guarantees high-quality details and exceptionally smooth surfaces.

Z-SUPPORT filament consists mainly of PolyVinyl Alcohol (PVA), a polymer soluble in water. Compatible with Z-PLA, Z-PETG, and Z-SEMIFLEX materials, it allows for 3D printing support structures that can be easily removed even from almost inaccessible places. A 3D printed model has to be submerged in circulating water for a few hours. The exact time necessary for the material to dissolve the support structures depends on the amount of support on the model.

Z-SUPPORT Plus is a PVA-based, water-soluble support filament dedicated for Zortrax Inventure. It can be 3D printed at temperatures as high as 245° C (505° F), way higher than standard PVA, which enables it to work with ABS-based materials like Z-ULTRAT Plus. To guarantee the best possible quality of 3D prints, it is recommended to use it with Zortrax Inventure Black Build Tray Plus, designed specifically for 3D printing at high temperatures.

Z-SUPPORT Premium is a BVOH support structure dedicated for Zortrax Inventure. It quickly dissolves in water and can be used in 3D printing in various temperatures making it compatible with a wide range of 3D printing filaments (Z-PLA, Z-PETG, Z-SEMIFLEX and Z-ULTRAT Plus). The material can be used to stack multiple batches of models one on top of the other to speed up short-series production.
